Svar: Indisk Kunst er et forum, hvor man kan få information om indisk samtidskunst.

2. Spørgsmål: Hvad er formålet med Indisk Kunst?

Svar: Formålet med Indisk Kunst er:

At fremme kendskabet til indisk samtidskunst i Danmark
At støtte indiske billedkunstnere
At fremme udvekslingen mellem danske og indiske billedkunstnere

3. Spørgsmål: Kan man blive medlem af Indisk Kunst?

Svar: Der vil blive etableret en forening, når mindst 50 personer har meldt sig. Så skriv til mail@indiskkunst.dk, hvis du har lyst til at blive medlem. Du må også gerne komme med forslag til aktiviteter, som du synes, at foreningen skal beskæftige sig med.

4. Spørgsmål: Hvem står bag Indisk Kunst?

Svar: Preben Gondolf har etableret Indisk Kunst i efteråret 2006. Preben Gondolf har været ansat i Udenrigsministeriet i mere end 20 år, men er nu gået på pension. Preben Gondolf har samlet på indisk samtidskunst siden 1987 og har nu en større samling. Preben Gondolf har boet i New Delhi i fem år og tager til Indien flere gange om året.

5. Spørgsmål: Hvem skal tjene på Indisk Kunst?

Svar: Ingen i Danmark, men forhåbentlig får indiske billedkunstnere glæde af Indisk Kunst gennem salg af værker, stipendier og studiebesøg, når Indisk Kunst har etableret sig som en forening.

6. Spørgsmål: Hvor ofte bliver Indisk Kunst opdateret?

Svar: Det er hensigten, at hjemmesiden bliver opdateret hver måned. Har du bidrag til hjemmesiden er du velkommen til at skrive til mail@indiskkunst.dk.

7. Spørgsmål: Hvor kan jeg få mere at vide om indisk samtidskunst?

Svar: Det er håbet at Indisk Kunsts hjemmesiden med fx en litteraturliste og et billedgalleri kan bidrage til en større viden om indisk samtidskunst. Man kan også få Preben Gondolf til at holde et foredrag på 1,5 time med power-point præsentation. Henvendelse kan ske til mail@indiskkunst.dk.
